We stayed here in interconnecting rooms as have family of 5 so affordable for us. Food was average and hotel needs updating. Had issues with toilets flushing but overall ok for price. Kids loved the pool and was in a great location that was almost on river front- walk to Royal palace, national museum, restaurants out the door. Had a great massage in nice clean massage room.

We recently took a group of 26 to stay at this hotel for a week. Couldn't be happier with both the quality of accommodation and service, as well as of the daily breakfast.

We ate one evening meal here which was very tasty and great value.

The pool area was very attractive and the pool appeared to be clean (although we were too busy to use it).

Location is extremely convenient to city attractions, including the local market (Kandal) just metres from the front door.

Highly recommended - and I repeat, the staff were extraordinarily helpful and efficient.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a high floor facing south. Avoid lower floors facing east - there is a solid wall...

A very good value for money hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious, clean and well presented. Lovely pool area, water very cold which is handy after a long day walking the streets.
Close to the waterfront and a wide variety of food and drink choices.
Good breakfast buffet with a range of choices served in a rooftop environment overlooking the river area.

A lovely hotel, about 1km walk from passenger boat terminal, just back from the river and Sisowath Quay road with all the restaurants, so plenty of places to eat nearby. walk about 10 mins south to Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, walk about 25 mins or so to Central Markets. Staff were friendly and helpful, not good exchange rate though so we changed money at ANZ Bank just around the corner. Lovely deluxe room with balcony, great to look out at the activity on the street below (markets next door, building activity and general traffic). Breakfast on the roof is a lovely way to start the day, watch all the activity below, Tai Chi, walkers etc. Just don't book bus tickets on to Siem Reap through them as you will more than likely be sold tickets to an inferior company.

The location of this hotel is good,20 metres off the river boulevard where there are ample restaurants, the hotel is also walking distance to the central market and the royal palace.
While the front of house, reception and concierge were good and the housekeeping friendly there were two aspects of our stay that disappointed.
Firstly, the breakfast is served on the 6th floor roof which sounds delightful but in reality was any but. The roof even at 7.30in the morning was already sweltering hot with insufficient ventilation or fans. The breakfast also was underwhelming with little attention given by the staff in keeping even the basics such as bread and juice restocked.
The second area of disappointment related to the bar. Although there was an ample selection of bars a short walk from the hotel I decided to endure the inflated prices of the hotel for its convenience. While the bar person decided I should wait for my beer while she took a cellphone call, she did eventually get back to serving me. It then took two people to try and get the draft beer working without success. I was then invited to select a more expensive beer from there menu, only to be informed that they did not have my second choice in stock. Third time luck I got my beer.
I'd stay at this hotel for its location but would choose to eat and drink elsewhere.

The style of the hotel is bland but the rooms are large. The laundry service was quick but the breakfast below par. The 2 best aspects of this hotel are it's location near the waterfront and its swimming pool.
