This must be one of the nicest locations by the riverfront so definitely worth a visit, especially for drinks as the food is not that great and a little pricey for what it is.

Tried to go here last week when in Phnom Penh. Went to the address per lonely planet and although the sign is still up the downstairs had been taken over by another restaurant and the upstairs was shut. A local tuk tuk driver said it had moved, but then took us to a completely different spanish restaurant the other side of the quay. Shame as was keen to give it a try.

Nice building with a nice view but what an awful food experience. The food is tastless cold and sometimes very oily. The service don't exist unless chating jocking with the collegues and forgeting the clients is good service. Never again in that place. I m Sorry. And know i understand why they were only few tourists.

I have eaten in Spain many times and love Iberian food and culture. So what a treat this place was. A gem and an oasis of, well Europe meets Asia done too perfection.. The paella, tapas and deserts with excellent red wine....wow

Highly recommended and great fun on the Tuesday Loc parties

Pacharan located in a what could be a nice old building near the riverfront in Phnom Penh was quite a let down for us. First the outside really needs to be cleaned up, second the staff needs some serious training, and third the prices need to be slahed if they ever want patrons to return. The food portions were very small and a long time coming for the price asked, the staff were more interested in talking among themselves and playing with thier mobile telephones than taking care of the customers. I will say the inside was attractive, but all the negatives make this a place we will not return until they are seriously addressed by the owners. Quite a let-down due to all the hype we had heard.
