When in Phnom Penh this is a terrific restaurant to visit. Waiters were friendly and attentive. The subtle flavours of the calamari salad and the seafood soup were a delight. Tapas also on offer. We dined outside on the patio surrounded by a pleasant vine garden. Restaurant is popular and well patronised. Friends is well regarded as a training restaurant for former street children.

Based on a expat's recommendation we came for lunch whilst on our travels. Eating here is a great way to support disadvantaged children and enjoy their tasty offerings and sweet service. The passionfruit tart was particularly memorable. Enjoy!

Eventhoughte it's a tapas place, the size of the dishes is big!!! We had 4 great dishes (the prawn coconat soup was to die for...) the student are really nice and pleasent. Be a ware that the map in trip advisor is incorrect but if you go by tuktuk they will know
