We visited this restaurant for an early dinner based on other's reviews. Even coming with high expectations this restaurant exceeded ours by far. We enjoyed a variety of tapas which were all excellent in terms of flavours and serving sizes. The highlight was the Phnom Penh Long Island Ice Tea with Tamarind juice. The place is an oasis from the chaos of the city outside which can be overwhelming at times, especially when you have visited the tragic sites during the day. The service was also very good; staff always around when you need them and quick delivery on the food (not so much on the drinks, but still not bad).
We made a call to leave when we saw a cat chasing a rat across the floor, but we were outside so this couldn't really be helped (?). It didnt dampen our enthusiam for the place or our experience!
Arrive early, when we left there was a queue waiting for tables.
