I spent 5 days for my business trip in Phnom Penh. We hired their meeting room for 3 days, they have 2 meeting rooms for small group and large group. I was very satisfied with their services (projector, drinking water, flipchart, etc.) and price was affordable.
The room was clean and soundproof, all staffs were helpful. Breakfast was changed everyday and very tasty.

After reviewing several Hotels we decided on G Mekong...best decision!!
From the moment we arrived we were met by very welcoming attentive staff which continued throughout our stay...nothing was too much for them.
G Mekong is very central for getting out and about with Tuk Tuks outside the door.
Very clean in all areas including bedrooms but don't always expect the best view from your room .....which is norm in Cambodia.
Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice.
Would definitely recommend G Mekong

Overall satisfaction staying at this hotel is good. However, this is my 2nd time I have bad experience with the laundry services. Previously, the housekeeping staff did not return my laundry at the same days (even I dropped it before 10am of course) whereas the next day morning I was flying back home. It created chaos but fortunately, the team managed to deliver it before my flight.
Now, the issue is different, the housekeeping just moved my laundry and forgot to pickup after cleaning my room. This makes me having a cloth shortage and make me wear t-shirt for customer meeting....very dissapointed with the laundry service.

Love this hotel, great staff service, very friendly and helpful! Great location and very close to city center & Orussey Market where you can enjoy the amazing street food!

I stayed at G Mekong Hotel for 4 nights on my business trip and i really enjoyed my experience! The staffs were nice, professional and helpful! Room was very clean, breakfast was tasty! Highly recommend!
