A smart hotel with all the luxuries of home. Hotel room had everything from 40" TV to remote control curtains, wet room, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The only time we ate in the hotel was breakfast, which was ordered from a room service type card. A unique way to order and the breakfast itself was substantial and delicious. The only air of caution is we had one of the river facing rooms, which over looked a main road. Although not for us, road noise could be an issue for others. Staff were friendly and helpful and apologetic as we arrived at 11 am and the room wasn't ready until 2pm, however we would still recommend this hotel.
The hotel is in a great location and is within walking distance to the Grand Palace, Temples and the National Museum. We arranged with the hotel for pick from the airport, but found local travel agents offered cheaper taxis when transferring to the coast. We were quoted $130, $70 and $45 for private transfers to Sihanoukville, so worth shopping around. The hotel has a roof terrace with a bar and decking area and we felt it could have been better utilised as a sun lounge. When visiting Cambodia take small denominations of US dollar billsMore
