Be aware, this hotel is a good one, but you must ask for room with “calm” colors of walls, `cause I spent 2 nights in the room that must have been designed by Ronald McDonald himself - it was entirely yellow and orange and this was harsh. If you like this combination of colors, never mind.

Wi-fi is tricky – you can have 512 kb/sec free of charge, but if you want more – it gonna cost you.

Breakfast is neither good nor bad.

Nevertheless the location is good and staff are really friendly and helpful.

A road tip: The way from airport is costly, so if you can arrange a transfer beforehand – do so.

good and recommendable business traveller hotel. although it is pretty overprized, it as good hotel for such purpose and the two meetings had been organized pretty well by the hotel employee. we had a standard room, with good size and it was in a nice decor.

We had to spend few Nights there, due we ad few Conferences in Baku and our Company book us there. Modern Hotel - especially good for Businesstravellers. There was a very nice and friendly Service at the Bar and also the Breakfast was good. Few good Restaurants are just beside.

Modern clean room, breakfast very basic without decent coffee. Victor's bar provides a snack at night and Eleven is a roof top restaurant with an excellent view. Both provide standard food at a high price. The location of the hotel is right at the boulevard and at walking distance from the old city centre. If you stay here for a few nights during a business trip it will serve the purpose. As a tourist this is definitely not a suitable hotel. There are several options in Baku to get a hotel with more character.

Room Tip: Take a room towards the back of the hotel to avoid street noise.

This is an excellent hotel!

The rooms are clean and spacious with TV, fridge, safe, air con and the bathroom/ shower is great. The bed is very comfortable (I got two singles rather than a double which was a bit annoying)

The staff are friendly and willing to help out with anything you need. There were understanding problems at times as their english wasn't the best but my Azzerri is ten times worse so not marking them down on that.

Facilities in the hotel are fantastic, there is a small gym (which has most things you will need for a short trip to keep ticking over), a bar/ restaurant on the 11 floor called Eleven (which I haven't tried just yet but hear it's very nice) and the food in the restaurant is great at night.

The only reason I have only given four stars and not five is because the breakfast quilaity is quite poor. They give two types of hot dogs (pork and chicken) which aren't very nice and everything else I found to be poorly cooked, scrambled eggs which were ran through your fork, soggy roast potatoes, dry pancakes. The prices for food were also a little steep and they don't show VAT on the menu which gives a nice shock every day at tea.

The location is a little out from the main city centre (10 mins walk) but is right across the street from the boulevard and a big shopping centre.

Overall though I would recommend this hotel

Room Tip: If you want a sea view go to the front of the hotel but this does mean that you're going to hear...

Good location, nice hotel, nice people, professional staff and welcoming, high quality service. Nice combination of an intimate space in the city center - just opposite the promenade. The arrival to the hotel I met a team led by Mr. Elmar received me and the guests as if they were his personal guests. I was at several times and enjoyed each time. Recommended

Room Tip: All rooms connected to Wi-Fi without additional charge

I've stayed at Park Inn for two nights when coming to Baku for business.

The hotel is centrally located, right on the main Boulevard and opposite big shopping centre. There is also some sea view from a number of rooms. Famous Flame Towers could also be seen if you open window overlooking the sea and turn your head right. Really amazing view, especially at night.

Check-in and check out experiences were excellent, the room was really spacious for standard one and ideally clean. The decoration and furniture were standard for business-type hotels.

Two things I didn't really like were miserable choice for breakfast and huge pillows, practically impossible to sleep on.

The rest was fantastic! Will definitely come back.

Room Tip: Ask rooms overlooking the boulevard and sea
