I’m not sure why the recent reviews have been some negative - especially since it’s free. The woman running the place was very helpful and the miniature books were interesting. (I knew nothing about miniature books prior to visiting.) I wouldn’t characterize it as a “must see” but it’s worth visiting for 15 or 20 minutes. We were glad we stopped in.

When I heard of this place I wanted to go there. It is worth a visit but not a long one. It is curious to see how many ordinary books have been published in tiny, usually abridged, additions. I wish they had post cards. Even miniature ones.

You would have to be particularly interested in miniature books to visit here....just didn’t do it for us, basically walked in and out.

It's free but not so interesting. Most books are simply ugly. Friendly woman. 10 minutes were enough.

You have to love it--someone collected miniature books from all over the world, and the city funded a museum to house them. There are tiny Shakespearean plays, a wee biography of George Vashington in Russian, Thai children's tales, Japanese art books, and a teeny weeny 2mm micro book, that comes in its own case with a little magnifying glass, courtesy of the Japanese. Lots of little surprises and chuckles.
