I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, as I often have meetings in the general area. For the last 6 months or so, the construction and road work has been so bad that getting to the hotel is difficult. If you are looking to use the Metro, it is close to the Gencelik stop, which is helpful.
The last several times I have been, the service has progressively declined, with the culmination being last week. I arrived for a 3 day conference and spent 3 nights here with a colleague.
Our room did not have towels the first 2 days, and we were only given 1 small bar of sscratchy oap the whole time. One of the beds (it was a 2 single-bed room) was never given a sheet the whole stay, despite housekeeping walking into the room without knocking on 2 separate occasions, around 8 am.
My colleague went out early int he morning to run, only to find the receptionist asleep on the lobby sofa. When she came back from her run, she was locked out and had to pound on the door to be let in, at which point he went back to sleep...waving at her to go behind the desk and get her own key. A side note, there is only one key per room so every time you leave the hotel, you must leave your key at reception.
As I have said, I have stayed at this hotel a handful of times and each time there seems to be something that goes wrong. The overall impression is that the hotel simply doesn't care. Also, the staff does not speak English, which can be a problem for travelers.
