I visited this bar a few times while I was in Baku, both on my own and with friends. The beer selection is local and cheap, though there are cheaper; they have a ping pong table in one of the back rooms, as well as a small stage where they play live music. The music is normally good, but they have seating areas that are quieter as well. The staff are fairly friendly, as are a lot of the locals who come in.
Unfortunately, the bar seems to be plagued by one local guy who seems to come in every night to pray on foreigners: offering them cigarettes or beer, talking to them, and eventually trying to get them to come outside with him or go to a different bar with him or to give him money. I was tipped off to avoid him by the others in the bar on my first visit, but one or two of my friends on consequent visits nearly fell for it - so watch out for him.
Otherwise, the bar is great, recommended by my local friends, and well worth a visit.
