Dear Narine, thank you for the feedback. Will be waiting for you in Armenia!
We connected with Naira 6 wks. Before our arrival in Yerevan. We presented her with a list of the sites we wanted to visit on our way to Karabagh/Artsakh and on our return. After a few revisions, Naira presented us with An itinerary lthat was just what we wanted. Our guide, Ani and driver, Artur, were excellent in their roles. The drive through the mountains is a difficult one, but Artur made it seems easy and comfortable. Ani was always engaging and informative . It was very impressive to us that restaurants for lunch and dinner were pre-selected, and all Ani did was call them one hour before arrival and our table was set with ample and delicious food. We never had to wait to be served. Choice of hotel was great in Stepanakert, but not so in Goris. It might have been because of limited hotel selections in Goris. The car, a Mercedes, we traveled in was very comfortable and clean. Artur stopped for rest whenever we needed it. All arrangements were meticulously planned by the office and executed professionally by Ani.
Thank you for your feedback. Will be glad to organize your vacation in Armenia in future.
We had a really day out to Khor Virap, the Areni winery and Noravank. The guide was efficient and very nice, explaining the info in 3 languages (our group was very diverse: from Armenians, Russians and Lithuanians to Kroats and Aussies). The driver was so nice to quickly stop along the road twice, so we could get pictures of Mt Ararat with the monastery in the background (on the way up) and of a clear peak (on the way back). They also stopped at a little roadside market where you can buy local wine. The wine tasting at Areni went crazily fast, but they gave us free coffee / tea while waiting for another tour to leave, and it was good value for money as they serve you a lot of wine to taste, so all was forgiven. We had a nice long lunch next to Noravank (but check all surcharges in this restaurant before you eat: bread, water etc are extra). We also had a tour of the Bird Cave where they found the 5,500-year-old shoe that you can see in the History Museum of Armenia in Yerevan. All in all we think this trip saved us a lot of time trying to arrange all this ourselves and it was fun meeting people from all over the world. Thanks everyone!
Dear Barbara, thank you for the review. Will be glad to see you in Armenia again!
We have taken group tours to TATEV AND NORAVANK MONASTERIES , DILIJAN, LAKE PARZ, SEVAN and a private tour to Garni Temple, Symphony Rocks ...
Both our group & private tour guides , Vazgen Asatryan & Nare Abgaryan were great. Best things about this company - Quick Responses, Customer friendly, Flexibility & Economical.

Dear Chetan, thank you for your feedback. Will be glad to host you in Armenia in future.
I was able to go on 6 One Way Tour trips while I was in Armenia. The tours are very affordable and worth every dram. I learned a lot about the history of Armenia while visiting many historical sites, churches and enjoyed some hiking as well. The guides are very professional and friendly. Taking these tours really made may stay in Armenia an enjoyable experience. Brett B.
Dear Brett, thank you very much for your review. Hope to see you in Armenia again!
I booked the dolma festival tour and I thought it would be in english and Russian. However, it was in Armenian. When given information on loud speakers in the bus, it is only in Armenian. I do not mind this fact it was in Armenian or that the tour was made up of mostly locals but the website is in english, the tour company name is in english. It is a bit misleading. Suggestion, would be to also speak english in russian on the bus after Armenian if you know tourist also book the tour.. We visited some ancient ruins but non Armenian speakers could not understand it. Maybe all tours are not like this but it felt like just transport to the festival. I will try them again as they are the only cheap tour company. I hope on other tours, they have more english information as the vibes did not feel inclusive to all. But for 4 dollars for transport, it is not bad.
Thank you for the review and the comments. As it was mentioned in your feedback the tour was really mainly for the locals. We bring our excuse for inconvenience that was caused. In any case, hope you have enjoyed the celebration of the festival with Armenians. We will take your notes into consideration for future. Hope to host you again in Armenian.
