The view is ok, you get a glimpse of the gallery building on the republic square, the cityhall (directly opposite of the el sky), tv tower, etc.
Cocktails are really tasty and the barmen put an effort into demonstrating their mixing skills.
You beed to reserve a place in advance if you wanna go there. The best places with couches are to be reserved with deposit, meaning you guarantee to spend a certain amount of money if wanna sit there.
But honestly, the place really has no authentic atmosphere. It is meant to be a bar judging by its name El Sky Bar, but the music is very techno-disco type and is way too loud to chat, as you would in a bar. The crowd is very mixed and varies from the bored aged couples, who reserve the couches because they are too old to stand, to the young girls who demonstrate their dancing skills all alone in the space between the tables because there is no dancefloor.
To me, this place simply can't make up its mind what it wants to be.
You can go there to tick the box if you like rooftops. Otherwise it's not worth it.
