It appears to have been a house and is divided into the entry area, with nice crafted items for sale, and two dining rooms - one smoking and one non-smoking. The menu is large and so are the servings. Two of us shared two dishes and were very full afterward. I loved their yogurt soup and fresh salad. The staff speaks English and they're very friendly and accommodating. It's a little hard to find. It's not actually on Tumanyan and there's no signage in English but once we found it, we returned for its comfort food and nice atmosphere.
