It appears to have been a house and is divided into the entry area, with nice crafted items for sale, and two dining rooms - one smoking and one non-smoking. The menu is large and so are the servings. Two of us shared two dishes and were very full afterward. I loved their yogurt soup and fresh salad. The staff speaks English and they're very friendly and accommodating. It's a little hard to find. It's not actually on Tumanyan and there's no signage in English but once we found it, we returned for its comfort food and nice atmosphere.

This Place is beyond amazing, let me start since i walked from the door and i saw all the amazing handmade artifacts & accessories, then the twelve tables, - smoking section \ non smoking section - its felt like home, taste like home, looks like home, every single corner in that place made with love, its like small cozy museum, even the toilet - which is you must see - , the entire place designed to make you feel comfort,

the food just amazing, the dessert - specially the famous Apple Pie - also the drinks , defiantly will keep visiting that place each time i visiting Yerevan

also have to mention that The owner Nune is such an artist, the way she serve the food or wrapping gifts with a lovely smile that you cant hardly forget.

I like Twelve Tables (formerly Yellow Street) for many reasons; its interior is nice and there are many lovely details that add to comfortable and cosy mood, service is friendly and fast, food is decent, and they do take effort to offer their visitors the best. Prices are quite high, but again you get what you pay for, and portions are big.
One thing I don't like about TT, just like with the neighboring Malocco is that it's in a basement and has no windows. While in winter it's quite comfortable, in summer it's a bit depressing.

And yes, they have a lovely souvenir shop at the entrance!
