I stayed at Grand Hotel Yerevan in July for a business trip; cozy room, very good food, elegant architecture and furniture. Top notch feature: swimming-pool on the roof with amazing view, bar & music. But above all CUSTOMER FOCUS, e.g. I had my return flight to Milan at 5am (obviously could not have breakfast in the Hotel) so at check-out Ellen from the reception surprised me with an unexpected special gift: few delicious apricots!! I had heard about Armenian apricots but could not imagine how yummy they are!

Spent three nights in this hotel a couple of bloques from the Republic Square.

It is a medium size hotel, with great reception and front staff. They are ready to receive you at late hours - because those are the times that a lot of planes arrives in Armenia.

It was February and it was snowing a lot, so the team help us with our bags. That was really helpful.

The hotel is very simply, not overly luxurious but has excellent good taste. The rooms are big, as the toilets and the beds very comfortables. We always ended our days at the bar having a nice drink. They were a lot of people doing the same.

The front desk gave us plenty of recommendations on routes to walk around the city as help with reservations for dinner. Everything was spot on and delicious.

Great experience!

We'd just come from Tajikistan and were a bit dusty. We loved the spa services. This is a 5 star experience. Excellent customer service from all the staff. Music in the bar in the evenings. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety.

Room tip: 403 was across from a noisy bar so we moved to 426 which was lovely

These morons woke me up at 8AM to check on the minibarHow classless/tacky is that? If you invite friends to use their kiddie pool be prepared to pay big bucks. Also this is the first hotel I've stayed where there are no irons. On the positive side, the location is great. Close to everything.
