Lets start with the hotel building. It is the first building in Yerevan built as hotel. This hotel has class and heritage. Staff is very helpful, bravo to all of them especially to Levon, the restaurant manager. Hotel has a very nice rooftop pool, which is wonderful for summer travelers.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel has everything included an outdoor pools, restaurant and bar.

Pros: good wifi ,breakfast and clean rooms
Cons: some rooms doesnt have window to the out there and just atrium!
If another time i come to yerevan i will come here again! And this hotel is near to the republic sq. And lots of great shopping centers.

The hotel has very attractive common rooms, and the room was very fine. The bedding was superior and the cleanliness was total. The staff was very attentive and we were very pleased by our stay. Last but not elast the air conditioning worked very well and was not noisy.

This boutique hotel is simply great. A bit on the pricey side, but the rooms and facilities are great and the staff is very friendly. It's right in the middle of the hustle bustle of the town but very peaceful within the walls. Definitely recommended if you can afford it.

I've stayed in this hotel couple of years ago but I was less then impressed (it was called Royal Tulip if I'm not wrong). However, this time around the story is completely different. Hotel was completely refurbished but also service is now on completely different level. I was pleasantly surprised to see that lots of attention is paid on details. Heavy stainless steel shower head and taps, top class toiletries, thick/soft towels, expensive linen and feather pillows clearly indicate that refurbishment has been done by people who know their job. Breakfast was very good. My only complains are related to the shoe box size of the rooms, proper 5 star hotel doesn't have 20-25 square meters rooms. I also didn't like that some of the rooms have view on the lobby. I like to open windows and breathe the fresh are, not to look at the lobby bar.
However, those are relatively minor things which didn't affect the overall satisfaction.
