I wanted to try American food in Yerevan...Tomas Smokey Ribs offered an interesting menu.
We ordered our starters, stating that we did not want spicy food because we were going to share it with our kids.
The waiter took our order, and left....he came back half an hour later.
Onion rings fried in old burnt oil...uhm!
Ceasar salad with chicken sealed in black pepper...remember that we didn't want any spicy food!
The other salad not so bad, but nothing to die for.
Let me tell you that the Pizza was an Armenian flat bread, lavash, with some teaspoons of tomato sauce on top.
It took forty more minutes to bring our orders.
The baby ribs were tender, the sauce was pretty good. The chicken fajita did not look like a real Mexican fajita, it was a combination of two dishes...We are still trying to guess which.
It is not cheap if you compare price and quality.
All in all, if you crave for American food in Yerevan, check other options before choosing this restaurant.
