Hotel is located in a very accessible area in Yerevan. Easing access to almost everything around you. Staffs are polite. Lobby is well decorated. HOWEVER, very old and dirty bathroom, toilet, carpet, furniture. Hotel needs fundamental upgrade and consideration.
Walls, ceiling, pipes squeark.
Breakfast is so simple and the menu is the same every morning.
I will never come back again unless satisfying changes and upgrades happen.

Very poor quality of the food. Dirty. Employees are not polite. If you value yourself and your character don’t choose this hotel. I spent 1 week there when i wanted to check out they asked me to pay 900 d for 3 bottle If water in mini bar which is free every where and 14000d as fine because i made one blanket dirty when the bed itself were very uncomfortable and poor. I didn’t pay the fine but they kept my passports to pay and they got me 7000d as fine.

We had a pleasant stay however a few improvements are needed.
a- the room were we stayed #610 needed NEW Carpets, and ELIMINATION of external Transformers or Air conditioning motor NOISE.
b- the shower stole was leaking water to the bathroom floor.
c- The TV should be upgraded and the cable improved since at the time of our stay only 4 channels were available one was an impaired channel
d- Breakfast should be improved a little boiled water in the warmers will keep the eggs warm, also a toaster and a coffee percolator would be a great improvement .

Pros: clean rooms. Great view of the Ararat mountains. Lifts are available (2). Bountiful breakfast. Daily room services. Very spacious dining hall at BF time. Courteous and helpful bellboys. Good wifi signal in our room. Very near to the Republic square, groceries, restaurants and bars. It's a sure win for the location. :)

Cons: small room. (We booked for a triple room, but the 3rd person should stay on the sofa with a comforter and linens). There's a (bad) smell from the small toilet. Cold breakfast which are ALMOST the same each day. No complimentary water. No available kettle. Needs to go down for hot water. Parking is a problem.

***one lady asked my friend inside the lift if we are Filipinos and if we speak Russian. We are all Filipinos and we do not speak their language.
We went to the reception to get our passports and that same lady was talking to the receptionist while we are in business with the receptionist. She was speaking maybe Russian or Armenian, and instead of talking directly to us, she's saying something to the receptionist that made the receptionist to question us the reason why we needed our passport and if we have paid our hotel (This is just our first day, and we should get our passports for our safety because we will have the tour!). With that, we have to present our voucher/package tour. In the first place, we cannot check-in if we did not pay something. We always see that lady in the buffet. Maybe, she's the big boss.
(This made me feel uncomfortable that is why i need to state it here)
