Arsen was a great host-very prompt with responding. The apartment was very clean and had everything I could possibly need. The apartment is in the center of beautiful, unique Yerevan and walking distance from several supermarkets and tourist destinations. I hope to stay here every time I come to Yerevan and will recommend this apartment to my friends and colleagues who plan to visit.

Comfortable condo in the central part of the city. A lot of entertainment in the block. Close to everywhere.

This apartment is very clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms for 3 persons. The location is very convenient, close to the Yerevan Opera Theater and Cafesjian Museum of Art. Arsen is very nice host, he even arranged extra-value car transportation for us back to Tbilisi. Service and hospitality are excellent!

Arsen's spacious apartment is very conveniently located in the center of Yerevan and also the surroundings are very safe and quiet. The restaurants, museums, art and culture are in walking distance. For day-trips Arsen is a very good intermediënt. Arsen is very hospitable, tries to make you feel at home in his place. And last but not least: the apartment is very clean and comfortable. When visiting Yerevan again, we most certainly would like to stay in his apartment again. We would recommend his apartment to our friends. Your stay at Arsen's place will be very satisfying!!

Arsen's apartment is spacious, well-equipped and was surprisingly cool in the heat of the Yerevan summer. It is located on a hill, so you would need to climb some stairs, but the area is full of amenities and the whole centre of Yerevan is in a walking distance. The WiFi device is portable, which would be great if you need internet on the go, though it wasn't very fast for a family of heavy users. The communication with the hosts has been great and we'd be happy to stay at their place again.

Great place in great location, very helpful host. Definitely staying here again. Close to everything in downtown Yerevan.
