I stayed with a friend last november for 2-3 days and I lost my phone. The front desk attendent Nguyen thi hong no helped me get my iphone when I left it at a taxi. She was so helpful that she went out of her to help me get the phone.

I'm not often moved to write reviews... and only comment on seriously good or seriously bad experiences. But very seriously, save your money and look elsewhere!
Booked a senior deluxe room. No help at arrival, staff too busy watching tv in reception. In fact, staff largely bored and disinterested and useless throughout my stay. At check in passport was retained until checkout and then presented with a 50 point list of items to check in the room "2 teaspoons, 1 mirror, 3 pillows, 1 chair ..." , several were missing and my list in the room was different from the one at reception. No face or hand towels, they had been deleted from the list and other missing items... 3 trips to reception to resolve to avoid being charged at checkout! Room smelled of paint/chemicals (?) Balcony at the side and facing the breakfast room of the adjacent hotel 8 feet away, no balcony furniture. 4 ft long bath, lukewarm water Had to change room to resolve), weak shower at waste height with no fixing to hold at head height. Asked to pay for mini bar items and laundry I hadn't used at checkout.
Basically, feels like they've run out of money and are cutting corners. Another reviewer mentioned the suspicious nature of the place, I should have listened.
I would say the location is good, but there are hundreds of hotels in the area. Not recommended, I can't understand the review score on the Web, maybe a past life/operator? I've stayed in better 2*'s!

We stayed here for 2nights.. was convenient for us because it was just a few minutes walk to the places we wanna go and see.. the only problem was there's a construction going on opposite of our hotel and they work even on weekends and starts early in the morning. Overall, a good place to stay, decent rooms, good rates and easy access to everything.

The hotel is all about location. It's bang in the middle of everything and very close to the beach.
The rooms are nice. Nothing special. The staff is ok. They aren't the most prompt but I guess being a busy hotel that happens.
The pool is gorgeous being on the terrace but it's tiny. The gym is a total joke and doesn't even have walls on 2 sides! Would have been nice if it was at least walled in. The breakfast is a good spread but the service at the breakfast is hardly visible.
The hotel mostly caters to groups so that is something that's visible in the attitude of the staff.
All in all it's a fairly decent hotel for the money being paid. I wish they'd improve a few things as mentioned.

There is some sort of construction going on at the hotel. It reverberates everywhere. VERY LOUDLY. There is also the cleaners that use very loud walkie talkie through the halls. I tried telling them, they smiled like they did not understand. It's never clear in Vietnam when they did not understand or decide to ignore you.
All these noise typically starts at 7AM.
I would not stay here again.
Breakfast is OK, not great.
Rooms are clean.
Staff is alright, not super friendly.

We booked two family rooms in Apus hotel, but the receptionist wasn't sure whether these rooms were beside each other or not when we checked in. At first, my family got very mad because we reserved them a few months ago and noted down that the two rooms had to be next door for easily interaction. When we moved stuff in, we realized the rooms were beside each other. Sigh!!!! When we checked out, they even made mistake in calculating the remaining. The service from the receptionists was bad.
The bathrooms are flooded because the floor was not declined so the water could go down the drain. The internet connection is extremely weak. The most negative point was that they don't have a parking lot for cars.
Other than that, they got good breakfast buffet and nice beach views. Also, they have a very nice swimming pool on the rooftop.
