I've visited this property in March! time flies.
This is a lovely property shows the pure and authentic part of Nha Trang.
The atmosphere here is so calm and peaceful, the pool was huge.
When I visited there, the construction was still going on so not sure about now.
It is a huge property and pretty new, I guess 75% Chinese group, 10% Russian FITs and 15% etc ethnic group including Koreans.
Everything was perfect till the horrible incident.
Nobody believes when I said I got 2nd degree burn from the tap water.
Well, that happened. So please be careful.
Do not turn the tap to the left, it will get so HOT.
The staffs treated me well, and helped to get over to the nearest hospital.
Few of them were well trained and kind service was provided.
But they could cover the charge for this accident as it happened under your roof by your facility, but they did not so keep in mind that do not get hurt! Costy and it will ruin your trip. Room service quality was average and laundry was not bad.
I am a frequent traveler, and ex-hotelier. So normally I dont give a damn about anything because I know how hard it can be working for a hotel.
But here, the few things that I gotta mention.
1. Please do not knock on your guests' door if it's a midnight, it's very rude. (Laundry service guy, when it is hanged outside with a written paper saying service RQ, it's a universal sign that I want a laundry service)
2. Hope your so called front office manager(Ms.Yen TRAN) actually do something for your guests someday, not just sitting back in your office. Burn accident is very serious hazard and it happened at your property, you have no courtesy to ask or see me to see if I am ok? but you've got a time sending me an email saying do not write this on Tripadvisor? was that a joke? I am sorry but that does not seem right. Your hitting system can actually hurt people, and what you've replied to me is it is working fine? Then I got a burn from a genie? Why don't you stay in the same room with your family, then you will understand what i've gone through
3. That guy who checked me out, I don't even want to mention anything for this guy, please quit working if you do not want to work as a receptionist before you make other guests unhappy as well.
