We stayed at the Galliot Hotel, and needed help for ordering planetickets, traintickets daytours and got a very good and helpful service.
We went snorkling, diving, in the mudbath, and the country side, always with nice guides to take good care of us, and they had good english skills.

We made use of their services when we stayed at the Galliot Hotel. They were very helpful and friendly. They helped arrange a rafting trip down the Cai river, which was a lot of fun and was just our family of four. They were knowledgeable and pleasant. James was particularly keen to help and make sure that everything we did went well.

Our tour guide, James, was excellent. He was very friendly and organised all aspects of the tour - aquarium access, snorkelling equipment, lunch and even packed us an esky (ice box) full of water, soft drink and, most importantly, extra beer. Having our own private jet boat was neat! We zoomed from island to island and didn't have to share equipment, rush around or wait for others at each stop - meaning the whole tour was at our pace. Highly recommended!

My stay in the Galliot hotel was PERFECT. Vuongland Travel reception girl and their lovely boss Mr. Bruce Lee undoubtedly contribute a lot to it. Really like their creative arrangement with Boat Dancing/singing after meal party. It made me laugh to tears.
The lunch on the boat was delicious. To conclude, Its an amazing experience to travel with Vuongland. I wont hesitate to recommend you to give it a go.
