There are a lot of good restaurants on Ngo Gia Tu and this is one of the famous one.My husband tried the fish noodle and I tried the jelly.
The noodles and soup base is tasty but he didn't like the fish since its too salty to him. We live in a place where fish balls are fresh and abundant so maybe this is not that special.
However, I liked my jelly a la carte. Its a clear broth with lots of transparent jelly in it. I'd never taste jelly cooked this way and I like it. Its good to give it a try!
