It is a wonderfully friendly place and the only resort that is directly on the beach. The rooms and service are exceptional and I highly recommend it for any person/family/couple for the best way to experience the true beauty of Nha Trang. My good new friend Mr. Hiep the front office supervisor was especially helpful with all my needs.
Taking safety measures
Visited this particular resort with my family. Was a bit disappointed as soon as I entered the resort as most of the rooms were closed and there was less staff , after effects of the Covid.
The bad part was they gave me a room which was just beside the outer boundary wall facing the street and across the street there was construction going on which obviously interrupted the calm and serenity I was looking for. Similarly since there was less staff I could not get anybody on the phone when I wanted drinking water and had to go to the reception to request for the same.Thirdly the AC was too small for the room and getting sleep was a problem.
Now the good part. It is the only resort on the beach so in case you have a room facing the beach it is heaven. After my request the manager changed my room promptly to a beach facing one which was kind of them and the room was lovely. The food was very fresh and well made though options were limited on the menu. Needless to say very cordial staff.
My family enjoyed our stay very much but I feel for the money we are paying we deserve a bit more.
It was my first time travelling to Nha Trang and stay at this resort as well by my friend's recommendation. And it was such a memorable trip! We stayed for 03 nights and we were amazed by the design, the view, the decoration and especially the beyond excellent service from the hotel staff!
Thank you Mr. Hung - the driver - for picking us up very on time and please forgive me for not asking the of the driver who dropped us to the airport.
Every morning we were greeted with a bright smile from the hotel staff and we're quite pleased that Ms. Loan from the Ann Beach House knows our names. And she gave us such great recommendations about the activities as well as the food and drinks.
Last but not least, the spa is absolutely stunning! We love it! We love the decoration as well as the service. Big thanks to Ms. Ngan and her colleague who gave us such a relaxing time after days full of adventure.
I can't wait to be back and to meet lovely people there.
