I have mixed feelings with my stay at Evason. first of all I must thank infinitely for allowing me to check in super early. We arrived at the hotel at 7:30 and due to going with my two babies in less than 2 hours our room was available, really thank you very much. the room was fantastic, I read that some people think that the hotel should modernize but for me it was the opposite, the furniture, the style even the smell was a cultural experience. the hotel in general is wonderful, the gardens and the beautiful ocean view. breakfast very varied and with all kinds of meals. the only bad thing, the hotel needs some refreshing areas with water for the guests, on one occasion we were waiting for my daughter to leave the playroom and I had to ask 3 different people for some water, finally I had to go to the bar and the Lady gave me not very willingly a quarter of a glass. my only bad experience: at the time of checking out something very strange happened; My daughter had forgotten her rabbit doll at the pool the day before, I went to look for it but it was not there so I decided to ask when canceling the service. There were about 4 people in the reception at that moment, and when they heard that I was asking about the doll they all spoke among themselves, they took a very strange attitude, they started to laugh and pretended to look for it; Minutes later the young lady returned and told me that they had not found it. but they kept looking at me and talking among themselves. That left me with a bad impression, I know a doll is not a very valuable item, but for my daughter it was very important.

Excellent five star hotel situated on the beach providing really good service. Particular praise for "Long" who worked round the pools where nothing was too much trouble - he laid out the towels which were sitting there and cleaned our sunglasses. We were upgraded to a beachfront sea view villa which was really nice, I would go back again if I visit Vietnam again. You don't notice the road outside at all and the breakfast buffet is superb.

Best location on Nha Trang beach We had a garden room set in tropical gardens with beautiful flowers,
palms and wildlife good size rooms with luxurious toiletries included and a
large balcony Infinity pool is lovely and so clean fresh towels when required at poolside and sunglasses cleaned every day it’s the little touches that make the difference staff always willing to take time out to chat and answer any of your questions Outstanding customer service from all the team at Evason Lots of choice for breakfast from tasty Vietnamese soups to American breakfast choices and the eggs benedict was a favourite choice of mine We definitely will be back
