I really enjoy my stay in Evason Ana Mandara Nha Trang. Staff are friendly, special thanks Tram who help me check in and Bitu from the guest relation hotline. Food from Pavilion Restaurant are delicious,from relaxing breakfast to the Saturday fresh Lobster night dinner. The Six Sense Spa is wonderful, massage therapist, Thuy is really good and well trained. Just 2 improvements, 1.during the breakfast time in Pavilion, staff should show the instant made order menu to guest when they taking our drinks 2. fix the door at room 309, there is a hole on the door,ha ha,can't believed this.

We chose the Evason after travelling through Cambodia and Vietnam because we wanted to spend 5 days relaxing on the beach. We arrived late evening and were shown to our room, when we were told that there was gong to be a festival for 4 days and no sunbeds or parasols were allowed on the beach. The infinity pool is lovely but its not peaceful, all you can hear is the traffic and of course the horns, the other pool that is smaller also has the noise from the building work opposite the hotel. When we looked down the beach the yacht club had sun beds and parasols on the beach!
The room was OK a little dark by the wardrobe area and the bathroom looked like it needed to be updated, but I doubt that will happen if they are building a new hotel nearer the airport.
Breakfast was very good and we loved sitting looking out onto the beach every morning, all the staff in the restaurant were all very friendly and professional, but the reception staff could be a little off hand not sure if it was because of the language, but when we checked out the receptionist didn't even say "thank you staying or Goodbye" maybe they got the feeling that we wouldn't be returning.
