Check in is fast and efficient at the 18th floor club lounge for Club floor rooms. We were lucky to have Ms. Phuong Pham’s impeccable warm service. She went out and beyond to give us the 5 star service to make our vacation a smooth one. The room at Intercontinental Nha Trang was clean and had all the amenities you need. Water pressure is great! If you book the ocean view room, it’s worth it. The view from your own balcony is amazing. The club floors are higher floors so less traffic noise. Service here is 5 stars from bellboys to the door-mans to hostesses to beach boys to the receptionists. Pool is wonderful and the beach is just across the road. Next time I visit I will definitely be staying here!

Location Location

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are genuinely sincere about making your stay first class. We did feel as though we were special guests. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. We also took advantage of our 20% discount, as we were staying for six nights, and had a few drinks and snacks around the pool and we eat in the restaurant on a couple of occasions. All meals were excellent.
If you are visiting Nha Trang I would thoroughly recommend the Intercontinental. We felt it offered excellent value for money and a true five star experience.

Great Services in Club Lounge!

This is one of the best we can experience in life.
We ve booked room here as members, but It was fully booked till end of month, but Philipo (GM) offered us dinner in the Club Lounge.
Khoa (Duty manager), Tam (Club lounge manager) and Trung (server) were so helpful, friendly.

Memorable time ... Enjoying great wine & cheese and beach view in the evening .... make your trip!!!

Great

We visited here great service and helpful and friendly staff we are stay in there 3 day everything absolutely amazing on the top u can see great view of nah trang beach and blue see owo most visited here so recommend this hotel

Good service, sea facing and convenient location

The room is significant bigger than the usual, very well maintained and clean and this hotel is within walking distance to main town. The balcony bears the sea view and sight is breathtaking. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Was surprised to find a big birthday cake served to my room on my birthday.

Wonderful hotel & staff

We have been staying at this hotel for over 3 weeks. I must say that the service is above average and the staff from the general manager, his wonderful assistant Nathalie through to the boys on the door are all so helpful and friendly. The rooms are well kept and the fittings are as you would expect from a hotel of this class. The club lounge is a haven away from the crowds and the staff in there are so willing to do whatever is required to make you comfortable and welcome. I love Bloody Mary cocktails and I have my own recipe which once shown, I then received made perfectly every time. The hotel is on a very busy road that you need to cross to reach the beach, there is an assistant to even help crossing the road. Such service.Thanks for a memorable stay.

Room tip: As higher floor as possible 19 is great
