We visited on a weekday and took a taxi from Nha Trang beach to the falls - about 40 minute drive. You can negotiate about AUD30 for a return trip where your driver waits a few hours for you. Entry fee is about AUD6.
The site is newly developed with food, toilets and showers with some lovely viewing platforms to relax and take in nature or challenge yourself climbing the waterfall.
If you want to see and swim in the waterfall ponds, wear sturdy shoes and be prepared for some challenging climbs.
Being so close to town, we were surprised how few people were there. Perhaps it’s busier on weekends.
What to take:
- bathers
- walking shoes. Climbing to all three falls is challenging with ropes and handholds. Don’t wear thongs
- insect repellant. Mozzies are huge
- small towel. You’ll want a swim at each stop
We spent about 3 hours hiking and swimming then cooled down with beers and food at the pool afterwards.
Great day out. Definitely going back.

It was an amazing experience. While it was really hot and humid weather during our visit to the city in 2019 March, the cool touch of relaxing water of this beautiful waterfall beneath the shade of its trees was really enjoyable. don't forget to bring along something to eat.

If you get a chance to go it’s well worth it. We booked through a tour which was way over priced. You can hire your own taxi and go. The admission is only 50,000. I’m sure the cab would be reasonable. You must wear good shoes for rock climbing! We weren’t aware of this and just had sandals. So a bit tricky. A few spots where you need to use a rope to hall you up the rocks. I would say maybe a 40 minute hike to the top.
The pools were nice for swimming. There is a guard 3/4 ways up in case you have trouble. You can pick up water or beer along the beginning of trail. Washrooms there too.

The way to the falls might be challenging at some parts so good shoes are a must have. The way to the falls is wonderful and totally worth it. You get to see the beautiful waterfalls and after sweaty walk you get to swim as well. Loved it!

We hired a scooter and drove to the waterfalls (not too hard to find, a little hard to see the sign on the highway)
The water was really beautiful. There’s 3 different spots, the 2nd and 3rd are really difficult to get to! Wear good shoes!!
Not sure if the view was worth the climb, but it was still really nice and a good experience.
