Great food, totally authentic and full of people, with lots of Asians including many Vietnamese. Always a good sign, when in Rome! Beer is shop price, .50p bottle, which is always pleasing and even a glass of wine was under £2 with a bottle at £8-10 (Imported). Staff were under pressure, maybe they were one or two short but service whilst initially appearing slow was actually first rate. I think we probably ordered in a slightly unorthodox way as most of our choices, starters and mains, arrived more or less together, this seems to be common theme in Nha Trang, maybe even Vietnam but if that's the worst thing, who cares? Sea Weed and Prawn soup didn't look very pretty but tasted fantastic, Seafood Pancake was simply delightful and we also had Lotus Leaf pork and shrimp which was delicious, quite a way to start what? Mains followed in VERY close succession if not concurrent but this really was not a problem. Caramelised Mackerel Hot Pot, divine tastes, beautifully cooked and almost £2.50 with rice. Also in the mix was Stir Fried Sweet and Sour Pork again with rice and a side of stir fried vegetables including Okra, Carrot, Broccoli, Green Beans, Onion etc. Again all was first class. Our waitress was helpful, attentive and happy albeit she was somewhat overworked. Only slight blot on the copy book was that we were surrounded by two building sites, operative even at 8.00 pm, whilst it would be better without them, they won't be there for ever. try for a table on the first floor deck outside, you'll likely need to book to get one.
