We stayed in this hotel for a week and did not have one bad night. The staff are extremely friendly and try to help as much as possible with directions or reccomendations. We had house keeping everyday with fresh sheets and towels which was nice to come back to after a long hot day at the beach and the rooms were always clean. We even had water in our minibar which was great value for money so you didn't hesitate to drink it.

If I come back to Nha Trang I would Definately stay here.

Stayed in the hotel for a couple of days and was blown away by how helpful the staff were (particularly Luyen, who seemed to work 24 hrs a day!).

On arrival you are given a detailed pack with all the possible activities and sights of the region. I've stayed in plenty of guesthouses before where they might try to push various tours on you, but at Truong it seemed that they only wanted to tell you what was available with no pressure to buy anything.

Hotel itself is nice - great location 15 metres off the main backpacker strip so you aren't kept up all night by the noise in this party town.

Go to the mud baths which, for D100,000 is the best value activity we've done in Vietnam.

Also rent a scooter and go to long beach if you want to see miles of turquiose water with no hotels (yet!).

Nice hotel located off the main busy streets but within walking distance to most attractions such as the beach, bars, restaurants, and night market.

Rooms are comfortable and clean – rates were competitive to some I’d compared to. Breakfast was not included but it wasn’t difficult finding something locally for a cheap feed. Wifi is available from all floors but best in the lobby.

Staffs are really friendly and helpful to make your stay an enjoyable one. First thing they’ll do is sit you down for an orientation of Nha Trang, the sights you may be interested in and some facts about the city and a map of the area – a nice service. You can also book your ongoing bus or train tickets to your next destination in Vietnam through the hotel.

Be sure to checkout the mudbaths resort or for a more spiritual visit go to big Buddha.
My main reason on visiting Nha Trang was for the scuba diving and Nha Trang is one of Vietnam's best diving spots.

What makes this hotel stand out is their staff. Very friendly and helpful. Booked our train tickets for us. Recommended interesting places to eat and visit. What I really appreciated was their bathroom in the lobby. After we checked out, we had 8 hours to kills before our evening train ride. Spent the rest of the day at the beach. When we came back to the hotel to pick up our luggage, we really wanted to shower and get clean. They let us shower in the lobby bathroom. Rented towels for 5,000 vnd.
Rooms are kind of old-fashioned but clean. Good water pressure. Small communal balcony on each floor. Room and bathroom have small windows which I truly appreciate.

We got a room on the very top floor for $14. We got a $2 a night discount since it was the top floor and there was no elevator. They let us check in at 7am after a night train which was nice. The front desk was very helpful and answered numerous dumb questions from us. They did try to push a local bbq joint on us repeatedly which was annoying. The rooms are bland but certainly fair for Vietnam. Good location on a quiet sub street. We were very happy with the hotel.

Upon arrival we were greeted with warm welcome by the reception staffs (troop) and free bananas! Troop is really helpful and friendly! We reached early 730am so they couldn't check us in but allowed us to shower and keep the luggages. We went to the mud bath by the transport arranged by the hotel. Troop intro us the good eateries and the tourist attractions in town! Location is okay about 15 mins walk from sinh tourist office, and near most of the eateries. 2km to the town (cathedral pagoda etc) 7km to mud bath and 6km to Chong Rock. The room is pretty old and the bathroom is erm not very very clean but manageable. Laundry service provided with fees. Local call charges 5000dong per min. No complimentary water, small bottle 5000 dong big 10k dong. Bike rentals available, free wifi but poor connection. Overall average not as great but service wise maybe? I think Carpe DM has nicer room but it was fully booked. Souvenir postcard given upon check out.

Hi,

Obviously, the quality of service is the goal we always try to achieve. We have traveled to other countries, understanding what a traveler needs and we try to meet their requirements. we are happy that you and other guests are satisfied with our service and our staff. Thank you very much

It is a fact that our hotel was built 5 years ago and it is not fair to compare our hotel with a newly built one. Moreover, comparison only makes sense between two hotels at the same level and same price range. you will get more at a new hotel but you will have to pay more for sure. Currently our twin room (private ensuite, 2 double beds, air con, fridge, hot shower, cable TV, free wifi) accommodating 4 persons ( your room) is only $22/night which is eventually cheaper than staying in a dorm room( about $7-$8/person/night) for 4 persons. You should figure it out what is a dorm like and you will know you get more than you pay at my hotel.

About the location, if you gave us average score on location( to be at the tourist centre and 300 meters approx 5 minute walking to the beac), we hardly find a way to satisfy your requirement.

Anyway, each review gives the readers more idea about the property they are interested. Thank you for taking your time to share your thoughts and we hope you enjoy your holiday in Vietnam.
