“Very good value for money”

Nice room with good facilities, ok breakfast, good location, nice staff - we would definitely stay there again. One thing to improve is the temperature of water in the rooftop swimming pool (it was way too cold to swim in it). Extra points for the quality of massages at their spa centre - absolutely great!!

This hotel is well located, less than a minute's walk to the beach. At the moment it has great ocean views - although the hotel being built on the vacant block next door will probably impact on this. For our 3 night stay we booked 2 rooms - a standard twin for my 2 eldest children and a suite with an extra bed for my husband and I and our youngest child. We were possibly the only English speaking guests in the hotel - the rest were all part of a large Russian tour group.
Staff were obliging & friendly, although pretty busy tending to the tour group needs mostly.
The rooms were large & well appointed although the carpet was badly stained in our suite and when we insisted on 'non-smoking', I think all that happened is that they called housekeeping to remove the ashtrays. Luckily the large balcony (no furniture though) made it easy to air the room out. The strangest thing about the rooms were the glass cube bathrooms. Although they had opaque glass, they were still a little see through (especially in the twin room where the toilet was up against the glass). They contained a very large rain shower head & the entire bathroom flooded - a big wet room - but once you got used to this it was OK & the floor did dry overnight.
We enjoyed the rooftop pool & bar area and there was also a nice spa on this level. The buffet breakfast was extensive, but not really to our taste. The tour group seemed to enjoy it though!
At night there is some noise from the nearby clubs/bars, but not enough to really interrupt sleep. All in all I'd recommend this place, although if you are hoping for an ocean view room get in quick before the hotel next door is completed.

Room Tip: Get a suite on an upper level - great views (at least for now)

The hotel is in a great location about 2 min from the beach and on the main street with all the restaurants close by. Rooms are clean but a bit small. Further bathroom and shower are OK with more than enough warm water (and pressure). Certain people complained about the smell of the KFC, we ourselves did not had any issue with smell or anything. If we would come back than surely we would stay here again.

This hotel is located in a pretty cool area if you like lots of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes of the front door and a KFC right next to the lobby. As far as the hotel itself, the breakfast is pretty good, albeit not always hot except for the egg and soup stations. Both are very good. As for the rest of the many choices, not so much. The hotel staff are nice when you ask them something, but unless you ask, you're out of luck for service. The rooms are nice, but the carpets are crap and the cleaning dubious. There is a pool on the roof that is a good choice if you don't feel like going to the beach (across a busy 4-lane street). Hardly anyone was at the pool during our entire 8-day stay. There is a bar too, but good luck in ordering a drink or getting a towel. Both will eventually come, however. Great views of the area best enjoyed with your own, previously purchased beers. One major concern for the future is the construction site just next door on the beach side. It is just getting underway, but soon enough, there will likely be more noise that you can stand. The hotel is very popular with our friends from Russia, Ukraine, etc. If I were to visit the area again, I would chose a different hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a room the farthest away from the construction site.

The lobby and halls are a bit shabby, but the rooms are nice. We changed rooms after the first night, however, due to noise in the morning from the buffet breakfast. The breakfast is really good with lots of choices including egg and pho stations. This place is popular with Russians so there are even a few Russian food items. The rooftop pool area is nice with great views all round. The staff are very helpful. There is a large construction site next door (beach side), but it was fairly quiet on our visit. Great location for bar hopping and restaurants. The beach is just across the road.

Room Tip: Ask about the construction site.

The location was excellent and I was given welcome drink and a fruit plate on arrival. Even the cheaper rooms are big with a good view. Should stay!

This is a lovely hotel on a side street from the ocean front but at this stage has full ocean views as block in front is vacant. Our deluxe room was to the back but still had ocean views and views over the tops of other buildings. A friend had a ocean side deluxe room and this was slightly larger. Lovely to have the windows open with the beautiful fresh ocean breeze blowing into your room. Bathroom is in the corner of the room surrounded in frosted glass. The rain shower is in the middle of the floor but suprising it all works well as a bathroom. The beds are really comfortable. There is a small wardrobe with a safe inside and a choice of two different types of robes. The hotel was extremely quiet with noise from the main front street only as the traffic increased. The buffet breakfast was in the restaurant on the first floor and had a reasonable amount of choices but at times was a bit cold from being in the cloche too long. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and beauty spas around the hotel. There is a good view from the pool area on the hotel roof. There is a bar area but only to order the drinks and these are then brought from elsewhere within the hotel. We did ask reception to contact the private car driver we had from the airport for our return trip but when they could not reach him we went with their suggestion which was meant to be the same service but when arrived was not quite the same as expected.
