We stayed in this hotel as part of a group tour. We had a room with a balcony at the front of the hotel. It met our needs for the most part, although it was a rather run of the mill place. There was never any hot water (some members of the group said they did have hot water) and the breakfasts were not particularly good. The staff did not speak much English and it was hard to get any complaints attended to. For example, the wi-fi on our floor stopped working and I told the front desk three times and nothing was done about it. Our situation was helped by the fact that our group included a person who spoke Vietnamese, so he could help out with some of the problems. Across the street was a bar/restaurant owned by a Canadian and it was always a nice place to go. The hotel is located about two blocks from the beach, which is an advantage.

We have paid a 3 stars hotel which does not meet the 3 stars standards: the towels and sheets are dirty, there a small pool which is not cleaned or maintained. We have booked a senior deluxe room with sea view, but there was no sea view.
The quality of the room is very poor.

We stayed there for one night and asked for The suite. The suite is a regular room located on the seventh floor. Its an expensive hotel for the quality it offers. Breakfast is terrible although its on the eighth floor with a good view of the city. The staff was helpfull booking a train ticket for saigon and the swimming pool was small and in the shadow but its always convenient. We didnt get to sleep very well because it was halloween night and all the bars on the other side of the streetbwere pumping music out loud. As we dont care for halloween the hotel staff didnt care at all with our concerns as we just wanted to know at what time would the music stop.
Overall its just too expensive for what is, after all, a budget and poor hotel

The entrance to this modern hotel looks great and its only about 200 metres from the beach, loads of shops and bars and restaurants nearby. However, the rooms appear to have been fitted out by a talented gardener rather than a set of builders, plumbers and electricians - why can't they fit taps properly in Vietnam or seal shower units?

This hotel has a 'top choice' recommandation in lonely planet. They do not deserve this at all. Cold showers, reception girls dont speak enough english. Rooms are poor designd and slightly filthy. No safe in every room, and when i asked to put small packedge in the hotel safe with my valuable stuff, she wanted to know what was in it. For me after one night the conclusion: get out of here!

After reading the other reviews I'm glad we moved out after 1 night. They didn't get a chance to steel from us. The room we were give was terrible with 1 small window overlooking the roof of the place next door. It was noisy the breakfast (served from 6.30am to 8.30am) was horrible and the bed was like laying on a wooden floor. At $55 per night this place was a rip off. We went down the road to the King Town Hotel for the remaining 6 nights for $40 per night and were very happy with the decision.

I posted a note on trip advisor over a year ago warning people not to stay here as they would be robbed by the staff. I have no idea why my review has been removed, yet I see another review from someone last month who had $1200 stolen by the staff whilst they were out of the room.

I have lived in Nha Trang for over 3 years and hear the "same same" story but "not different" ending at least once a month about peoples belongings being stolen". There's always police involvement with the manager promising a thorough investigation, however nothing EVER happens.

If you like giving money away, give it to charity, not the robbing so and so's from this hotel!
