I gave this restaurant three chances because people kept telling me it was good. Perhaps I should have tried the Vietnamese cuisine but they touted their foreign chef. First time tried spaghetti carbonara. It barely resembled any version of that favorite dish I had during my days living in Italy). Later I tried the hamburger. Tasted like it was made from "beef paste".
The semi-outside ambiance was nice (although they could use some more light), But restaurant was oddly empty on all three visits (i think 2 of the three visits we were the only customers). It was necessary to walk to the other room to get a waiter's attention so we could pay the bill
