We arrived at 6.30am in Nha Trang with very little idea where to stay... We ended up looking at around 5 hotels/guesthouses for between $6-$15 a night and the An Hoa hotel had not only the nicest room (we had a double room on the top floor which was clean spacious, cool and comfy) but was also great value. The receptionist was brilliant company and gave as much (or as little) high quality advice as you wanted. One of the best value and nicest mini hotels we have stayed at in S.E.Asia with a brilliant location 60 seconds from beaches, restaurants and bars with no real downside.

Room Tip: Our double on the 4th floor was lovely, no lift but worth the stairs, the twin rooms looked good too...

I like the locality of the hotel as it's in a quite zone near the beach. All kinds of restaurants are placed only one block away.
The staff are helpful by providing useful information on tours and tickets. Good English speaking is one reason why I stay here. Though the hot water isn't very convenient as you might need to call the receptionist to turn on the heater, and the sound of fan was a bit annoying at night, it's still quite an affordable hotel with great service and definitely worth the money value.

Second time we stay at this hotel, it's close from the beach and a block away from all the restaurants and bars. Staff, altough a bit different than last year, is still top notch, they are friendly, are full of tips, and they speak good english. And it's cheap! I would not hesitate a second if I had to go back in Nha Trang for a week, I would definitely stay here!

Well me and my girlfriend stayd here for 3 nights. At first it felt like a nice and safe place to stay. But after e few incident we was really worried and felt uncomfortble. And the reasen is that we noticed that our bags had been open, or atleast someone mess with it. Our clothes on the bag was messed around and not as same as we left it. At first we wasnt sure about the whole thing so we started to memorise how the clothes was laying in the bag and how we left the bag. And when we finally came back we saw that the clothes have been move around. Nothing was ever stolen from us becuse we didnt leave anything with value in the room, and becuse of that we really couldnt confront and acuse them.

But the worst and lowest part started when we didnt hire a motorbike from them. Instead we hired a motorbike somewhere else becuse they didnt have one on the same day as we wanted to hire it, and beside we found a cheaper place somewhere else. Becuse of that they told us that we cant park outside the hotell at night, The last day we filled our motorbike full becuse we were suppose to leave it that way to the rental shop. We parked outside the hotel in the afternoon for getting ready to go out and eat. Suddenly the guy from the lobby of the hotell called the room and told me to throw down the motorbike key so he could move it, becuse it was standing in the way for some car he told us. Stupid as I was i throw down the key and went to the shower. When i came down to the lobby and got the key me and my girlfriend jumped on the motorbike to get something to eat. Halfway we noticed that the gas was empty. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, THEY STOLE THE GAS!!! I wanted to strangled the little basterd but my girlfriend didnt want any trouble on the vacation, and she told me to forget it becuse we was going to leave in a couple of hours anyway.

So stay away from this place, just a advice!

Hoang

Stayed here after reading the tripadvisor reviews.
Great hotel on 64 Tran Phu which is a stone's throw from the main beach. 2-3 minute walk to main bars/clubs in Nha Trang. Tucked down alley so not noisy at night when drunk backpackers return.
Double room with private bath, tv, a/c for only 9 dollars.
Staff speak pretty good english and keen to be helpful and offer advice about prices for other things such as how much to pay for motorbike rides etc.
Bought Vinpearl Land tickets through them - would recommend Vinpearl Land - longest cable car ride in the world across the sea to this island, great water park, amusement park and arcade games, 4d cinema was a bit of a let down. But the best bit is the small stretch of beach they have there which is proper white powder sand with crystal clear blue water, best beach so far I've been to this trip. Set price of 360000 dong, everything included.
Rooms were cleaned every day, nice bathroom and big beds.
I think I have picked up bed bugs, but cannot be sure if it was here, or night bus or another hotel, so bit unfair to pin it on An Hoa for definite.
Great value for money and good location with trustworthy staff. Recommended

We cannot speak highly enough of the An Hoa hotel. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis, the room was large and the staff were friendly. We accidentally left our passports at the hotel and only realised when we were 11 hours along the coast in Hoi An. The staff were excellent and handed our passport to a bus driver who bought our passports to us in Hoi An the following day for no charge. T
he location of the hotel is excellent and although there was a bit of building work that woke us up in the mornings, we had a peaceful sleep in the evening. We always had fresh towels and the cleaning & reception staff were very friendly.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation close to the beach with a friendly atmosphere.
