It was my place of choice for having breakfasts because it was inexpensive and close to my hotel. They had windows instead of walls, so I could see the scenery from inside. However, the atmosphere was a bit too formal - the waitresses kept putting napkins on my knees like if I was a duke or something. And their ambient music was a bit repetitive.
Otherwise, it was excellent for having a quick lunch. Or breakfast.
ProTip: Bringing a repellent for an evening meal outdoors will prevent mosquitos from ruining it.
