This is a great hotel...stayed on the club level which is worth every cent extra and our room has a view of the beach.. Right across the road from a beautiful stretch of clean beach the hotel provides lounges and umbrella for their guests. The rooms are spacious and beautifully clean. The bed is comfortable and king size. the club level provides breakfast, afternoon tea(cakes, scones) and evening cocktails, beer, wine a spirits provided along with delicious canapés. You don't really need to eat lunch or dinner if you avail yourself of the these offerings. All the staff we found to be very helpful and with good English. We ate at two of the restaurants here and the food was good.
I would definitely stay here again, preferably in a club room if you can get a good price but I am sure the other rooms would be of the same standard. Highly recommended.

Right on the beach and pure luxury. Nha Trang is an interesting town, very different to others. The Sheraton is very very centrally located and the staff are readily able to assist in arranging a taxi very cheaply to anywhere.

We used Airport Taxi service in Nha Trang for a fixed price of about $14 for a 7 seater. Much cheaper than other types of transfers. I found that the staff at the Sheraton were more than happy to assist in exploring other options such as the taxi service etc even if it meant not spending money directly in the hotel. We appreciated his honesty!!

The food in the hotel is very very reasonably priced and there are many many options. You could easily spend your entire time inside the hotel and not see the streets of Nha Trang!

The pool and bar areas are to die for after a long hot day exploring.

Staff are very willing to assist and their grasp of the English language is amazing.

We had a great room on a high floor overlooking both the beach/bay as well as the city.

AN EXCELLENT HOTEL. VERY LUXURIOUS AND GREAT VALUE!! YOU MUST STAY AT THE SHERATON, NHA TRANG.

Room Tip: Try for a higher floor with both city and beach views.

We arranged to have the hotel pick us up at the airport which they did right on schedule. It's a lovely comfortable drive up the coast to the hotel. The hotel is located right on the main road of Nha Trang. There are several other hotels under construction close by. Each room seems to have a view of the bay - although the upper floors (which is where we were) seem to have a better view. And the view is phenomenal - always clear blue skies and the bay is crazy picturesque. The beach is right across the street and a piece of it is blocked off for Sheraton guests only.

The room itself is comfortable and large with all the amenities. The beds are super comfortable. The bathroom is large although they have the weird window that many Asian hotels seem to have - a window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There is a blind you can lower - but it's still a bit weird.

The breakfast buffet is huge and varied and delicious. The egg man makes a mean scrambled egg. We also ate there for several lunches and dinners - both in the restaurant and room service and the food was always yummy.

We arranged a couple of tours in advance through the tour desk - and our guide was fabulous. He was young but very knowledgeable and curious about the differences between our country (Canada) and Vietnam which made for interesting conversation over a Vietnamese coffee.

We made great use of the pool and the cafe on the first floor. Both are super comfortable with attentive staff and beautiful views. We would spend our afternoons lazing about after a morning of sight-seeing. We'd go back anytime just to sit on the patio in the cafe, drink a cup of tea or cappuccino and watch the world go by.

A great property (and quiet new) in Nha Trang city just a block away from the Sailing Club, the best weekend party zone. Helpful and personalized staff in a fresh & clean environment traditionally a solid starwood quality hotel. Bit disappointed with the confusing elevators which were missing air-condition (?) which I believe is a "must" in a hot & sunny environment. Was exciting to watch the Sheraton beach boys having a cigarette break at the beach when all customers which have breakfast see them "hanging out". You have to get used to the Vietnamese guests running in bikini & swimming gear through the lobby on the evening but guess this is a local behavior which the beach brings with it! Overall I definitely would go back if I visit Nha Trang as it is currently the best hotel until the Crowne Plaza will open next year.

Dear “666Dante”,

Thanks for your loyalty to Starwood!!

We have noted your comments in relation to the air conditioning in the lifts and also your feedback re the associates smoking at the beach which do not condone and if the associates are seen smoking they will be reprimanded accordingly.

It is great that you appreciate and understand the local culture, we do believe if you go with the flow the holiday is always better and brings with it suprises.

See you back here soon

Top notch service for sure at this beach hotel (not a US like Sheraton). The beach has no properties on it so like the rest this one is across the street, so you hear cars instead of waves (like the rest). A higher floor is quieter.

The restaurant options are pretty good albeit at US prices, but this location is close to a couple of market areas for eating real Vietnamese food. Careful about asking the concierge though, the taxi drivers or other locals will be better sources to finding the markets.

The staff was particularly helpful in assisting me in calling several Vietnam and US based companies when my credit card was declined while trying to book my flight home (fraud alert from foreign charges). They also let us borrower a phone charger for several nights.

The points or points and cash option make this hotel a steal (4000 points versus $150/night).

Room Tip: All rooms have ocean views and both sides are very nice. The North-facing rooms have more islands and palm trees to look at.

Dear “jasno”,

Thank you for sharing your comments on TripAdvisor, we are happy to know that you’ve enjoyed your stay with us.

Our concierge will only recommend guest to dine in cafés or small eateries which our management or associates have tested and know that it is safe for our guests to dine. We do understand that some guests are adventurous and would like to try local cuisine however we need to caution our guests to be careful when dining at local eateries to avoid getting a stomach upset which may damper the holiday.

Stay Connected & Warm Regards.
