Horrible place, you pay too much for what you get. Staff is not friendly AT ALL. Breakfast is poor. We booked a room with a jacuzzi, after filling it up, the water was NOT clean so we filled it again, now the water was cold so no jacuzzi. They 'fixed' it but it was still cold and dirty. The owner doesn't speak English. Defect lamp in the bathroom. We also saw 2 peoples who booked a room over there (online) but the hotel give it to someone else so they had to spend the night in the lobby. The wouldn't give us any discount for all the problems we had.

+ Large room and terrace.

Room Tip: Just don't go there

Nice little budget hotel - off the main thoroughfare making it quieter and close to all the shops and the beach. Can't complain about the included breakfast on the top floor. Our guide was very happy as he could get duck embryo eggs from a hawker just outside. Wasn't keen to try myself. Had a swim in the sea which although was littered it seemed pretty clean. Running short of clean underwear I popped into a nice lingerie shop and picked up 3 pairs of pretty knickers for AUD$6. Everything is so cheap in Vietnam I don't think anyone should complain.

We went to Nha Trang during Tet holiday (vietnamese new year), struggled to find a hotel and after asking in about 20 places, we had no choice than staying there, in a room without window with 2 single beds. We stayed one night, they called in the room at 11:45am saying we have to leave the room at 12 otherwise they will charge us another night. "That means you have 15 minutes to leave", thats so friendly... and even better considering we paid 50$, a total rip-off, the regular price shown at the reception being 7$. I gently asked her to make us a discount, and the lady (from whom we didnt have a smile the 3-4 times we saw her) didnt bother to answer me but talked to my wife in vietnamese : "you didnt find a place to stay so dont complain".
We left without any goodbye or thank you or nice gesture from her.
Just wanted to share this experience. i understand that the hotels benefit from the full season and put higher prices. But multiply the price by 7 and being so rude was quite revolting. So i'd suggest you dont stay there, there are dozens of similar hotels in that area. We moved next door where we have a much better room for half the price.

We stayed here for 6 nights in January and were very pleased with the hotel. It was a great location, 5 mins from the beach and just off the main road with loads of restaurants around. Despite the very central location our room was very quiet (5th floor).

Our room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot water shower was great too. There was a fan and aircon in the room, however, you couldn't have the fan and the tv on at the same time due to a lack of plugs.

Staff were friendly and helpful in ordering us train tickets to Hoi An, but it took a few days (not sure whether it was a problem with the train company or the staff taking ages though!) So either be on the case or start arranging transport early. The only thing we wouldn't recommend is the laundry. The woman on reception saw we were taking our laundry elsewhere and she dropped her price to match ($1/kg) but we weren't happy with it. There were still marks on the clothes and it didn't smell like fresh laundry like it has done everywhere else.

Another huge plus point was the wonderful baguette lady across the road! Gorgeous baguettes with meat, cream cheese/egg, salad and chilli sauce for 15,000 Dong. We ate there every day as they were delicious. Haven't found baguettes as good since.

Considering we only paid $12 a night for our room we thought it was amazing value and wouldn't hesitate in staying here again.

We've extended a couple of times. Still here but can't wait to mention something positive about Nha Trang for a change. 8 euro for a modern double room with breakfast included. Very quiet, always cleaned beautifully, friendly staff and breakfast was delightful.
Very close (3 minutes walk) to the centre of the beach and right in the heart of the best restaurants and bars.

Can't fault it - maybe the wifi could be more reliable but that seems to be the case wherever you go in vietnam.

Room Tip: The rooms at the back are cheaper but we liked it because they were quiet.

The showers were hot, the room was spacious and the location was fine. However, there were copious amounts of ants in the bed. The hotel advertised free and gave us a "Free breakfast menu" but said that didn't apply to us because there was three of us. We definitively wouldn't have eaten there if we had know that we had to pay or especially have ordered drinks. The food was standard and much more expensive. The food took ages to be prepared and the lady was unfriendly and aggressive with terrible communication skills and forgot our drinks. One of us was forced to talk to management on the phone for 10 minutes which was disruptive and unnecessary, we didn't ask to talk to management but were summoned with "you!" And pointed her finger at us and the phone. The manager told us that since there were three of us to a room (which was $5 dollars more than next door) free breakfast wasn't available. Very unprofessional. When he saw that we were leaving he changed his mind and offered us free breakfast. Would not recommend this place. Go next door and pay less with false information about what's offered.

Small hotel, 3 rooms a floor, 7 floors, great staff, really helpful and so nice. Breakfast is at the top of the hotel and you get to choose one item from the food and one item from the drinks. Perfectly adequate, I had the omelette with a crispy baguette and a big mug of tea and milk every morning. Great start to day. Just out of the backpacker area but quiet yet two minutes away. Beach was just around corner and only two minute walk. Weather poor while here so we just relaxed. Hotel had flat screen and movies and football so nice to unwind. Excellent eating options all around hotel. Lovely clean room and hotel. Enjoyed our stay and excellent value for money.
