6 of us visited here tonight after reading the reviews on here. The owner found us a table in 10 mins whilst we went for a drink in the bar across the street, great start. There were 6 waitresses on duty for approx 8 tables yet there was no organisation or understanding of what was going on. We ordered our food promptly and also drinks. The table water came but with only 2 glasses so we had to ask for them at least twice. The starter was delivered promptly and was enjoyed by all of us :) The main then came and we requested more cutlery as we had used the knives and forks for the starters. It took the staff 4 attempts to get 6 knives and forks to us, not great - by which time my gnocchi was cold. Again we all really enjoyed the food, it was really delicious. During the meal we ordered some more drinks which was hard work to say the least. The owner obviously saw what was going on and apologised for the waitresses slowness. He was really nice, and it must be difficult for him due to the Italian/English/Vietnamese language barrier so we weren't too bothered. 2 of us had desserts which were both delicious also. We were never prompted for them from any of the 6 memers of staff and had to ask for the menu ourselves whilst they stood around. All in all, the food was fantastic and I would definitely go back for that reason, the staff need either training or replacing as they just wandered around aimlessly and towards the end of the meal all sat around a spare table playing on their mobile phones. Such the shame the service let us down as the restaurant itself along with the food is great.
