We stayed in a triple room with our fifteen year old daughter. The room was large and more than adequate for the three of us with a balcony and a lovely view of the river. The rooftop bar was a great place to chill out and the pool was a welcome place to cool off at the end of a hot day. We’d be happy to stay here again.

The hotel doesn't deserve even fake 4*. It is absolutely old and destroyed. Rooms are dirty, linen thorn. Mold in the bathroom.
Though breakfast was not bad, variety of dishes, freshly fried eggs and pho available. Some fruits. Location of the hotel is good, but it also means it is noisy at night

Well situated, with large rooms. But the rooms are dirty and towels/sheets stained! Not 4 star at all, maybe 3 at best. The pictures in the web are correct, but everything is run down.

Swimming pool looks fine, but doesn’t make you want to swim. Gym looked good for most. Roof terrace looked nice with plants etc, but still a bit dirty.

Probably built in the 1970s and in dire need of renovation. The hotel is tired and characterised by old drab linoleum wall tiles and flooring. Our bathroom had a plastic bath with shower over and a shower screen that started at the other end of the bath but did not extend to the shower end . Heavily used by budget Vietnamese tour groups. Basically, I would advise against staying here and I couldn't wait to check out. The only point in its favour is location but there are plenty of other options.

Good location, near shopping and plenty of restaurants. A little of a walk to the Imperial Palace. Hotel staff were all friendly and very responsive when AC was not working. Turns out it was my operator error and not their AC but they quickly showed me how to use it and had already offered to move us if something was wrong with it. Pool and bar both have fantastic views. Go watch the sunset from the bar and have drinks. Well worth it.
