Luckily, we were recommended this restaurant by our guide, who was also vegetarian, and we weren't disappointed. In Vietnam tofu is a very important part of the vegetarian diet and this was probably the best we were served anywhere (and we certainly sampled a lot of variations). As usual, you can order as many different dishes as you like, but they are quite copius and we found 3 or 4 was enough for the two of us, and every one was delicious. And the prices were pretty tasty too - amongst the lowest we experienced in Vietnam. The place was very easy to find betwen the river and the road close to the Phu Xuan bridge, with a relaxed atmosphere eating al fresco, and the serving staff efficient rather than ebullient.
