We had a great time cooking with Mr Cuc. First of all, he took us to the market to buy the ingredients for the dishes, which was a fun experience by itself. Then, he taught us to make traditional Hue beef noodle soup, fresh and fried spring rolls, a delicious peanut sauce and shrimp pancake. He also customized some dishes as I do not eat seafood and beef. Overall, I enjoyed the 3 hour cooking class. Thank you Cuc !
