We stayed there for two nights in May 2014. The staff was very helpful, friendly and always in a good mood. They arranged excursions to the temples, DMZ tunnels and the way to the airport. Always welcoming us with refreshments after coming back to the hotel, that was really nice. Breakfast menu is very generous, you order as many items as you like, from what I remember : Vietnamese Pho, continental breakfast, eggs and fruit salad. Room was decent with comfortable bed, although bathroom could have been bigger (shower was quite small). Free wifi. Excellent value for money.
