Visited the place with a couple of friends after our hotel recommended it to us. We were given the worst kind of service ever! There was a huge language barrier with the waiters, thats totally expected and acceptabel however when pointing out our orders in the pictures in the menu and after 3 different kinds of different servings and still not the means we ordered we were forced to give up! The other tables around us were also not very lucky with their servings. Finally we decided to Eat what we were served. The meals were tasteless and seemed like bad quality.
When the waiters finally found out that we were not satisfied with the food that they had served they made us very uncomfortable and tried to put the blame on us very vad service from my point of view! The whole experience ruined an otherwise perfect Day/evening. However we found a Nice place afterwards to satisfy our stomachs and moods;-)

We went because our hotel did recommend it. When we ordered the service boy yelled out our order instead of writing it down. We ordered starters and main courses and after 20 min the first main course arrived. They didn't know which dish it was but we could tell it wasn't our order. We asked if we could get our starters but they ignored us. After 25min the second main course arrived but still no starters. We told them to forget the 3rd main course but they wouldn't. But they told us we could have the bill ( even though we didn't ask for it. Then they said we ordered to late (7pm) and we couldn't expect to eat together!!! Of all places in Asia this is far the most amateur place I've ever been too!! They shoul be ashamed for their behavior! We paid up and went to Hot Tuna where the staff is friendly and actually wants to serve the customers

We came for a late lunch. I ordered Bun Bo Hue, which is a Hue specialty noodle soup cooked with pig shank, and seafood egg rolls. The soup had no pig shank but a couple of tiny pieces of pork and the broth was watered down. The egg rolls were tiny and did not taste as having any seafood in them. My wife ordered Com Hen, another Hue specialty consisting of rice with baby clams. She had just one bite out of it. The next dish she had was Banh Khoai, a pancake dish with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts. The crepe was greasy and tasteless. The next dish she had was Banh Nam, which is rice crepe with shrimp paste wrapped in banana leaf. The crepe was cold when it was brought out. All in all, I don't see how this restaurant deserves the 4 stars as the food we had was terrible at best. The bill was a little over UD$10.00.
