We been there on November, 2015 for a couple day. Room were clean, but the bathroom was not good. The water was very slow . Facilities were old, but the bed was ok. Reception helped us very much, they were friendly and humor, especially Ms. Dung. I would highly recommend this hotel !

My friend and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. It was a bit hard to find as it is located on a small street that cannot be accessed by car but it's just a short walk from where taxis and buses drop you off. We had to ask to switch rooms after a few hours of being there because the bathroom sink wouldn't drain and couldn't be fixed that day. The second room was musty smelling and not much hot water in the shower. Other than that, one of the women working named "V" was very sweet and helpful. She helped us book a bus to Hoi An and gave us tea and fruit salad at any time during the day. Thank you V!

I'm backpacking around SEA with a friend and Hue was one of our stops. We booked this hotel based on decent reviews and a good price. It was a bit hard to find but when we arrived Vi greeted us with fresh fruit and tea, she was so helpful and sweet. She helped with any questions we had about transportation and the city. Breakfast was pretty decent and the wifi was pretty good. We stayed for 2 nights. We had to ask to switch rooms the 2nd night as our bathroom sink wouldn't drain and in both rooms didn't seem to be much hot water but the locations of this hotel was very good once we found it and Vi made our stay very enjoyable.

At first it was difficult to find, we ended up at Waterland restaurant & even the staff pointed us in the wrong direction to Waterland hotel. Eventually we found it and check in was surprisingly pleasant. Free fruit platter, smoothies and tea. Both women on reception were very friendly.
The room was average, fairly big and with A/C, TV and a fridge. The double bed mattress needs replacing as the springs are all pushing up through. The bathroom was average too, we had to manually reset the cistern to refill each time after flushing the toilet and the shower pressure was very weak.
Breakfast was good, a simple choice of bread/eggs with hot or cold drinks.
Location was good also, we pretty much walked to all the main sites and the train station. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Conveniently the SinhTourist office is just down the road if you need to book tours/onward transportation.

This hotel is located in a very central location and the staff is very nice and helpful but don't understand english so well.
You choose breakfast from a menu and its ok, the wifi is good in the rooms.
The rooms with two doblebeds are good for the price but the bathroom fan didnt work and the door to the shower was stuck halfway so it was hard to get in and out and close the door to the bathroom.
The cleaning was awful and disgusting! The bedclothes was not washed, just sprayed with some cheap parfyme and never changed during our 3 days stayed. It has never ever been cleaned under the beds so don't drop anything under the bed! The floor was only brushed and sometimes swiped with water so all the staines from us and earlier guests remained and even if I tried to talk to them about this because we had a baby crawling around on the floor but it ended with me cleaning the floor with napkins.
For the money its a good backpacker hotel for one or two nights and if there was a hotelinspection they would be rated as 1 + or 2 stars. They cant live on kindness much longer.
