My friend and I were lucky to be able to sit in the bar area despite not making any reservations.
We ordered 2 appetizers - lotus stem with shrimps and Temple Club platter and 2 main dishes - caramel pork in hotpot, an Indochina staple dish of Chinese influence, and, Peking duck orange. I liked the appetizers enough but the main dishes were simply heavenly.
A repeat visit is a must when I visit Saigon again.
NB: The only miss for me is serving us Evian without asking our permission.
