The location was perfect for our 1 night visit in this huge and busy city. The room was quite comfortable with more space than many others we stayed in. Everything was clean. But unlike other hotels, this one charged you for using slippers or bathrobes, or for asking for extra towels.

Bed and pillows are comfortable, water is hot, and plenty of space in the room too. In-room complimentary amenities included toothbrush and q-tips, coffee and tea mixes, small bottles of water. Air conditioner works well too.

Breakfast in the morning is complimentary with many options including coffee, fruits, meats, and even made to order Pho.

Customer service was consistently great, from help with luggage to storing luggage to help with getting a cab.

The spa area is nice, which includes steam room and jacuzzi (some rooms have a jacuzzi too!) and showers. A drawback is that only one pass to the spa area is given at check-in; you may have to specially request additional passes for access. Associated with the spa area are massage packages that can be purchased.

The fitness area is a small room with an elliptical machine, a treadmill, and a universal weight machine. It'd be cramped if 2 people were in there.

Accessibility: Steps from street level to lobby are somewhat steep. One level of stairway required to get into the restaurant for the breakfast. Otherwise, elevators serve each floor from lobby.

We were only here for 2 nights, but I really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Saigon. The room was a comfortable size and the beds were soo big and comfy. The hotel was centrally located to all of the District 1 sites in Saigon -- a short walk to the Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, Cathedral, Central Post Office, and literally down the block from the Ben Thahn Market. Staff were very friendly and super accommodating, especially when we needed a taxi at about 5am. The amenities are pretty nice too, and there's certain discounted hours at the spa! Highly recommend.
