Meh. Okay coffee, line was okay. But then I get my bill and he says 20% service charge. I look at the other receipts on the counter with no service charge added. Point this out and he just smiles and shrugs shoulders. I ask is this a foreigner charge and he smiles again. I say no worries I will write a review. Be warned

I love the Milk Tea here! Had one everyday while I was at HCM. Bought King Coffee powder here too for my mum and she loves it.

It's like the Vietnam's Starbucks! I tried Ice Peach Black Tea, Ice Peach Lychee Tea, Normal Black Coffee, & Chocolate Coffee.

The peach black tea and the chocolate coffee was my choice.

Would definitely recommend the place. price is at 45k-60k per cup. It's slightly cheaper than your normal Starbucks at your place but it's still quite pricey compare to local ice milk coffee that can found elsewhere.

You can even buy the coffee bean or the tea packet as souvenirs or for your own, which I happily did. The strainer also is sold here.

TBH I really like the coffee here, especially Sua Da (Rich Milk) and it is priced similar to Highlands Coffee.
Smoothies are good too, although all flavours not always available.
OTOH the system of serving leaves much to be desired... as orders are not processed and delivered in sequence, meaning you often have the frustration of seeing others arriving after you and being served their order before you!
As a result, I will ONLY go in if there is no queue and the cafe is quiet.
There are many of these outlets around now, and to be fair, I think the shop at Ben Thanh is the best of the ones I have visited.

It's named PL Coffee & Tea but while the brand's Vietnamese tea products is excellent, the coffee products, however, is not highly recommended. Traditional blooming tea and milk tea are great with strong tea sense. For milk tea, sometimes it could be too sweet because of the baristas or somehow it's different every time I try at different PL branches. But generally, if you love tea, it's the best choice among takeaway cafe in town. Self-service so there's nothing much to expect from staff. Not really clean. Long line customers and small place. Noisy always. Good taste of music sometimes.
I rated it 4 because of the Oolong milk Tea. Should definitely try it out (y)
And their Peach iced tea is the best in town.
