Off the bat, Frank (owner) was super friendly and cordial. The staff was able to help us decide on what to eat as we sifted through the menu. They had a fantastic selection of Bahn Mi varants and the atmosphere was quaint and nice. I would definitely stop by if you're in the area and try to thit or coconut pork bahn mi!
Sure the sandwiches are a bit more than the typical sandwich at 1-2 dollars from what you get on the street but THIS IS MUCH MORE THAN THAT. I see people comparing it to the street vendor prices which really isn't fair. You are paying for the atmosphere in the heart of the square in downtown (some nice sidewalk seating with proper tables and chairs or booths inside) and very clean. You don't really know what your always getting on the street and I can really say that this was worth the value. If you don't mind paying an extra dollar for the added value then this place is worth it.
