Stayed 3 nights at the end of my Vietnam trip! Could not have found a better place to stay! Elegant hotel, excellent Staff, confortable room on 9th floor facing the swimming pool ! Very convenient and nice bathroom area with both bathtub and walk-in shower.
Located right in the centre and 2 steps from the Opera House. Wish I could stay longer but it was time to go home and face reality, after 21 days in beautiful Vietnam.
Excellent food although I personally prefer not to have to choose from the menu (for breakfast)...there is a display of fresh fruit, breads, cakes, but you have to order the rest, including the cheese and the hams.
Would stay there any time !

Room Tip: 9th floor facing pool area

This hotel has provided one of the best experiences that I have enjoyed since it opened and in the several times I have revisited. Again, I am happy to report that it has maintained its high standards in everything, except the one and only F&B experience we had on our first night at the Opera restaurant. The food was mediocre and very expensive. But the staff handled it very well, and this is the hallmark of the hotel in my experience. There is probably some scope for refurbishment of the rooms, (particularly the bathrooms), but it is an oasis of calm in a city becoming busier and more chaotic in its development.

Heading out to a relatively unknown country,Vietnam, we were not sure what even the top end hotels would offer other than the standard amenities to be expected in a luxury resort. The Park Hyatt in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon to most of us), was a fantastic beginning to our trip. The property is relatively new and offers all the luxuries and amenities you would expect from a Hyatt. However, what sets it on a pedestal of its own is the fantastic service and attention to detail. The concierge desk went out of its way to help us out ---- whether it was organising a local phone chip and cutting it to fit in our iphone or organising a tour to the Cu Chi tunnels at short notice or guiding us on best places to eat, shop and see, the attention given was fantastic and made us feel not just welcome but well cared for! If you visit Saigon this is just the place to stay and, to add to the experience, let me give you a couple of more tips....the lemongrass martinis at the bar are outstanding as also the food at One Square restaurant. An added bonus is the spa where the Thai massage will take care of any 'knotty' problems you may have!

We travelled to Saigon on vacation with our children and stayed at the Park Hyatt for four nights. The hotel is beautiful and is truly a landmark. It's in a perfect location, close to many of the touristic sites and shopping areas. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast is chaotic but somehow you get everything quite quickly and it's delicious (don't miss their wonderful coffee). However, the best part was the service which was excellent and always with a smile. It was an unforgettable stay!

great facility, perfect location and above all great service
Training of hospitality staff is the most difficult thing in Vietnam. You can always add layers of gold or fancy gimmicks, what makes the difference is attention to detail by staff trained in the art of hospitality
This property succeeds perfectly, from F&b to maintenance to room staff.
Congrats
