I have been staying at this hotel for several years for business. It is very beautiful and charming but the service has gotten very poor. They are constantly out of wine in the lobby and they don't seem to understand basic service. ie:if you order anything they say "just one?" like i'm going to order myself 2 glasses of wine. The staff at breakfast is attentive but at all the wrong times- they ask if you want coffee 5 times but then don't bring it. I'm really nitpicking here because I love this hotel but they need to get the service back to where it was when they opened.
