The garden is the best part. I had a breakfast once that was ok and more recently a late lunch. It is also an hotel. Food was just OK, and the prices on the high side. But the place looks all very nice. The best part is coffee time near the river.

This restaurant has a beautiful view of the river and a very VERY nice chef, Kevin, which makes eating there worth it. As for the food, it is better than average, but don't expect the staff to understand much of what you say. However, what they lack in english proficiency, they make up for in effort and kindness. I would recommend this place to foodies if you really enjoy fusion type food.
Staying at Villa Song meant we did not have to go far to discover this restaurant. Beautiful food and service. The all day breakfast was our favourite and had a large selection of Western and Vietnamese options.
If you need a **quiet** outdoor place, this is it. It's right on the Saigon river, and away from the road, so it's pretty and quiet.
The food is on the expensive side and not particularly inventive or local, but its not bad. We enjoyed our meals there while staying at the Hotel Villa Song, of which this is a part.
We only had lunch here and had the chicken and sweet corn soup and the spring rolls but the menu is extensive. The restaurant is very pretty with a lovely view over the river. Service is friendly but very slow and the food is very expensive as it usually is in top hotels. Worth having lunch here if you're staying at the hotel, but not worth making a special trip for.

Our menu is actually priced a lot lower than comparable hotels in the city and we are on par if not lower than many restaurants in our neighborhood. The fact that approximately 65% of our restaurant guests are local Vietnamese / non hotel guests is testimony to our competitive pricing coupled with very attractive and finely crafted food and beverage offerings. We use high quality ingredients, our beef for example is grass fed beef imported from Australia. Our wine list is also very affordable compared to other restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City.
Nevertheless, we do review our pricing periodically and have taken your comments on board. Thank you for your feedback.
